The Detroit Red Wings will face off against the Vegas Golden Knights at 8 PM tonight at Little Caesars Arena, here are the projected lineups.

The Detroit Red Wings will take on Bruce Cassidy's Vegas Golden Knights in a bout that will take place in Little Caesars Arena.
The team will have to put together another solid win against the Golden Knights, as they are still in the hunt for a wild card spot in the Eastern Conference. With 70 points total, they're four behind the Montreal Canadiens.
With a record of 32-30-6, and another regulation win against the Golden Knights it'll put them on solid footing to overtake the Canadiens, and maybe even the Ottawa Senators if they can play consistent hockey.
The Red Wings are 6th in the Atlantic Division and are in the midst of a defensive slump. Head Coach Todd McLellan needs to find a way to tighten up the team's blue line and their lack of backchecking.

Projected Lineups

What can we expect the Wings to look like tonight?
The team's top line consisted of Michael Rasmussen, Dylan Larkin, and Lucas Raymond.
While Marco Kasper seems to have found a new home on the second line, flanked by Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane.
While the third consists of JT Compher at center, flanked by Jonatan Berggren, and former Stanley Cup champion, Vladimir Tarasenko.
Your defensive and checking forwards are bruiser Tyler Motte, flanked by Dominik Shine, and Craig Smith.
Defense looks unchanged as Ben Chiarot and Moritz Seider make the top pair, while Simon Edvinsson and Albert Johansson round out the second.
Jeff Petry and Justin Holl make it an even six and have us wondering what Todd McLellan is thinking here.
While William Lagesson looks to be the 7th defenseman at practice.
Petr Mrazek, Cam Talbot, and Alex Lyon all practiced but none of the three have been confirmed as starter goalie tonight according to DailyFaceOff.
