A Detroit Red Wings legend listed his breathtaking seaside home in Malibu for sale, and the pictures are simply stunning.

The former NHL legend Chris Chelios, who played 27 years in the NHL for the Chicago Blackhawks, Montreal Canadiens, Detroit Red Wings, and Atlanta Thrashers, marked generations of fans with his skills and personality.
The Hockey Hall of Fame inductee retired in 2010 and has been working as a TV hockey analyst for the past years.
The Chicago native is now 63 years old and a grandfather.
In a new development, the former defenseman put his home in Malibu on the market to have a vacation spot closer to their family.

Former Hawks Chris Chelios Puts Malibu Beach House On Sale At $60M

After putting the house on the market for $75M in 2023, Chelios is officially back on the market, this time at a reduced price of $60M.
Right on the beach, the 3,800-square-foot main house with four bedrooms, three floors, five bathrooms, and a guesthouse is a spectacular property.
Chelios and his wife bought the house for $6M in 2003. It was built in the early 1980s and has been updated since. It is hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a long gated driveway in the front.
Check out pictures showing most of the house's features, including suites, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, a media/game room, the kitchen and more:

Chelios also made headlines recently when he posted a picture with fellow NHL alumni and former teammates Sergei Fedorov, Kris Draper, and Jeremy Roenick:
He was also at the Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony yesterday. He even welcomed Brianna Decker to the stage ahead of her nomination:
With both the Wings and the Hawks, Chelios' two former teams, celebrating their centennial season this year, he found a way to stand in the middle:
More to come.
