An embarrassing video of Kyle Dubas just came out

Dubas, who had a rough end with the Maple Leafs, seems to face similar challenges in Pittsburgh.

Despite the need to support Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Kris Letang, Dubas hasn't added any significant talent. The Penguins swapped Kevin Hayes for Reilly Smith, who went to the Rangers and signed Blake Lizotte, Sebastian Aho, Matt Grzelcyk, Anthony Beauvillier, and some minor leaguers.

Dubas has $3.5M in cap space, but without major upgrades like Vladimir Tarasenko, the outlook remains bleak unless a significant trade occurs.
