Hockey Community Mourns The Loss of Two After Fatal 118 mph Car Accident

Heartbreaking news has surfaced on two members of the hockey community, who were fatally killed in a car accident this week
21-year old Kiley Armstrong and 23-year old Evan Fiore were struck by a car who reportedly ran a red light as they traveled at dangerous speeds following their departure from the New Jersey Devils game.
According to
CBS News, the driver who was travelling at dangerous speeds was 'unlicensed' and a 'juvenile'.
The two hockey fans were a couple, both fans of the New Jersey Devils, passed away on March 7th.
"No matter what room Kiley walked in, she lit up the room, and Krista would be right there with her,"

Sadly, yet again, the hockey world experiences tragedy caused by a careless driver.
Fellow backseat passengers, twin sister of Kiley and her boyfriend Ryan were fortunate to survive the impact.
"The four were together almost every weekend,"
Armstrong said.

GoFundMe has raised over $191,574 USD and counting in funding for expenses caused by this heartbreaking event.

benefit concert will also be held in memorial for the two lost, young souls.
