A Red Wings top prospect was just spotted saying his goodbyes to his current organization, revealing the 20-year old is making his way to Detroit.
The
Detroit Red Wings have had an unfortunate run this year and despite the organization's playoff hopes being shattered for yet another year, the 2025/26 season is looking bright for this Original Six franchise.
Many Detroit fans have begun to give up on the 'Yzerplan', but it's looking like it might be making a comeback, as the organization is stacked with young and skilled prospects, and it was just revealed one of them are on their way to Detroit.

There has been speculations regarding the 20-year old making his way into Detroit after completing the playoffs with Skelleftea, and it has just been confirmed.
He is now expected to sign his entry-level contract with the Red Wings, and is suggested to play with Detroit's AHL team,
the Grand Rapid Griffins, due to his time of arrival being at the end of the 2024/25 NHL season.
Sandin-Pellikka undoubtedly proved his value this season, he's accumulated an outstanding 29 points (12 goals and 17 assists) this year within the span of 46 games with the SHL, which definitely caught the Detroit Red Wings' organization's eye.
