The Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin reached an impressive career milestone in Tuesday night's 4-2 win over the Seattle Kraken.

Dylan Larkin sealed the result of last night's game against the Seattle Kraken by scoring in an empty net with 30 seconds left in the third period to give his team a 4-2 lead.
After 754 games, the player tallies 254 goals and 346 assists.
With that goal, he achieved an impressive milestone.

Larkin Scores 600th NHL Point In 4-2 Win Against Seattle

Nate Danielson scored his first career-goal, but it also took the veterans on the team to win the game.
Not only did Larkin help his team get the two points and return to the top of the Atlantic Division, he scored his 600th NHL point doing so.
After the game, he opened up on reaching the milestone:
"Not the prettiest goal for a milestone, but it means a lot to me to do it in this building. Empty-net goals mean a lot, because if you miss an opportunity, the other team can come back and get back into the game."
Todd McLellan also had some great words for his captain after the game, saying he likes him much more now than he did before joining the Wings, when he coached against him with the Los Angeles Kings or Edmonton Oilers:
"I can tell you, I appreciate him a whole lot more when I'm here with the team, and the things he does every day for the team and the group, and the way he plays.

Being out west, you just don't see the teams out here enough to really appreciate it. You see them in highlights and stuff like that... but you don't see the whole game. I appreciate him a whole lot more when I'm with him.

To me, he's come in this season with a bit of a chip on his shoulder, and he's played really well from day one. We haven't had to poke or prod it out of him - he's brought it night after night after night. A really good leader."

Larkin and the Wings will be back on the ice tomorrow against the 2025 first overall pick Matthew Schaefer and the New York Islanders in Detroit.
