The Detroit Red Wings head Coach, Todd McLellan, brings out the blender, as the team's lineup will look completely different vs the Ottawa Senators on Monday.

With a painstaking 4-1 performance against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday, the Detroit Red Wings need a change.
The lack of chemistry between the players was apparent, as the team managed only 12 shots on goal, with goaltender Stuart Skinner stopping 11 of them.
Those wouldn't be generated until after the halfway period in the first period was over. Needless to say, their play warranted a call out by head coach Todd McLellan, with drastic changes to follow.
Todd McLellan made major changes to the lineup to find a spark of offense, missing recently. Putting those lines in a blender, and forging bravely ahead with the results after Saturday's practice.

The Detroit Red Wings' lines put in a blender after Saturday's loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins

Marco Kasper was elevated to the first line, along with former healthy-scratch Elmer Soderblom, all on the same line as Dylan Larkin.
Kasper-Larkin-Soderblom

DeBrincat-Copp-Kane

van Riemsdyk-Compher-Raymond

Finnie-Rasmussen-Appleton

Star forward Lucas Raymond endured a demotion to the third line, quite the gut punch after being selected for Sweden's Olympic roster. He'll slot into the third line alongside J.T. Compher and James Van Riemsdyk.
Rookie Emmitt Finnie will be joining the fourth line, on the same line as gritty forward Michael Rasmussen and Mason Appleton.
This response shouldn't be taken lightly, as it should be seen as it was a response to their dismal performance against the Penguins on Saturday.
Kasper will get another shot in the top-six after 42 games played this season in an effort to find the offense missing while playing a checking role in the bottom-six.
Joining him on the top line with Dylan Larkin will be Elmer Soderblom, a former healthy scratch who will bring grit and size to the top line. He hasn't been on the same line with Larkin since training camp at the start of the season.
There has to be an inflection point for this team, and this could be it.
