As a 23-year old goaltender, Guimond, who plays for the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) delivered yet another standout showing, stopping 32 of 35 shots which lead to a 4-3 playoff overtime win against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar on Wednesday night.
This win sent himself and his Wildcats teammates to the QMJHL finals as well as improving his unbelievable record to 23-0-0.
Breaking down his current record, it is split between two aspects: regular season wins (16-0) and a perfect 7-0 playoff showing so far.
