Red Wings fans decry misuse of Dylan Larkin during 4 Nations Faceoff

Fans of the Detroit Red Wings are decrying the misuse of Dylan Larkin, who is playing for the Americans in the 4 Nations Faceoff.
As the Americans begin the 4 Nations Faceoff against Finland, the lone Detroit Red Wings player who was chosen to be on the roster is captain Dylan Larkin.
However, fans noticed that despite Larkin's talent, he was being used on the 4th line and was even rotating in and out with New York Rangers forward Chris Kreider.
While it wasn't clear whether Larkin would play tonight against Finland, it was Kreider who was made a scratch by coach Mike Sullivan.
Early on, the Americans had a pair of power play opportunities - but Larkin wasn't included on either special teams unit despite leading the Red Wings with 12 power play goals; Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane have 9 and 7, respectively.
Additionally, Larkin barely played in 3 minutes of ice time in the opening period.
Red Wings fans who were hoping to see Larkin have a larger role in the American offense were disappointed, to say the least.

Totally agree. Larkin should absolutely be, at the very least, PP2. Guess I should be used to watching Larkin get overlooked, still sucks though
