PK Subban signs new contract in the hockey world: Red Wings fans will be seeing him a lot

The former NHLer P.K. Subban has agreed to sign a new contract in the hockey world, set to officially return to ESPN as an analyst for many years.
After he announced his retirement from the NHL following the 2021-22 season, it didn't take too long before he jumped on the opportunity to get into TV broadcasting.
Today, a massive announcement was made regarding his future in broadcasting.
P.K. Subban Signs Extension With ESPN
ESPN revealed today who will be the team assigned with NHL coverage for the upcoming season.
As for Subban, he will return to lead the ABC Hockey Saturday studio with Steve Levy and Mark Messier.
ESPN shared the news in an official statement:
"Norris Trophy winner and three-time NHL All-Star P.K. Subban will return alongside Steve Levy and Mark Messier to lead ABC Hockey Saturday studio coverage beginning in January as one of hockey's most dynamic and charismatic analysts.
The Olympic gold medalist and 13-season NHL veteran continues to make an impact off the ice as one of the NHL's most charitable players, staying involved in youth hockey initiatives throughout the U.S. and Canada."
ABC will broadcast five more games: on January 6 against the Pittsburgh Penguins, January 31 against the Colorado Avalanche, March 21 against the Boston Bruins, March 28 against the Philadelphia Flyers, and April 4 against the New York Rangers.
