Chaos erupts in Toronto following Detroit Red Wings' 3-2 win
Toronto Maple Leafs' head coach, Craig Berube, was not having it following their loss against the Red Wings and called out one of their top forwards, William Nylander.
«Willy needs more shots. He doesn't have enough shots. I think in Detroit, didn't have any. Had one or two [on Monday],» Berube said after the game. «He needs to attack more, he needs to shoot more, he's got to get on the inside more. So yes, we do need more out of him.»
He continued by emphasizing that while Nylander has shown flashes of his skating and puck control, he hasn't been consistent enough.
«There are shifts and times where he is skating, but it's not enough,» Berube said. «We need more out of him.»
It seems as though the Red Wings may just be getting in the Maple Leafs' head, and that's something fans are absolutely ecstatic about.
