The Detroit Red Wings prospects claimed a decisive victory over the Dallas Stars in the Comerica Center, as the Red Wings sent a bold warning to their opposition.

The Detroit Red Wings' prospect pipeline is firing on all cylinders.
Hockeytown's youngest stars showed up for a decisive 6-2 victory in the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas.
The victory was marked with a philosophy of "scoring by committee", with Amadeus Lombardi, Emmitt Finnie, Alex Doucet, Shai Buium, Michael Brandsegg-Nyard, and Axel Sandin-Pellikka all on the scoresheet last night.
Two prospects stood out in particular, as Amadeus Lombardi tallied 2 points that night, with a goal and an assist. Michael Brandsegg-Nygard, the first Norwegian-born player to be selected in the first round, registered a multi-point night.
While the Dallas Stars are one of the best teams in the NHL, you'd expect their prospect pool to be deep and capable of holding off the Red Wings' young squad.
But they were incapable of stemming the tide that night, as the team would dominate the ice in Texas.

The Detroit Red Wings Prospects Served a Bold Warning to the NHL

The bold warning was in the final score: "Expect us".
The Red Wings had notable prospects playing that night up and down the lineup, with Nate Danielson being another 1st-round selection who left an impression on viewers that night.
His statement was nothing short of a love note for the game.
The former first-round pick told NHL.com, «Nothing really compares to playing an actual hockey game.»

Steve Yzerman's prospect pool is deep, and has shown its competitive roots are dug deep into Grand Rapids' ground in order to cultivate a winning team in the future.
The collective speed, hockey IQ, and skill were put on display that night to a limited audience. If you missed this match, you missed what we can expect in the future.
The Red Wings' rebuild has taken shape and has put the gas to the floorboard, as the team can expect to be competitive well into the future.
