Red Wings' Cam Talbot reveals honest thoughts on Macklin Celebrini after things got heated Sunday

Detroit Red Wings goaltender Cam Talbot revealed his honest thoughts on the standout San Jose Sharks forward Macklin Celebrini after last night's heated battle.
The San Jose Sharks hosted the Detroit Red Wings last night. The two teams aren't exactly in the same situation; the Wings are 2nd in their division, while the Sharks are 7th in theirs.
However, on the ice, the game was much more fiercely disputed than most analysts believed would happen.
Shootouts were required to determine a winner, and the Red Wings ended up getting the upper hand on the Sharks, traveling for their next game in Vegas with the additional point in the standings.
But in San Jose, the young core is already impressive. After the game, Wings goalie Cam Talbot shared his thoughts on Celebrini.

Celebrini showed another side of his personality last night during the game. Although everyone knew about his high level of competition, he showed that he's not afraid of taking things to the next level.

"I mean, that's what those guys bring. Celebrini is an unbelievable talent over there. You need a guy like Mo to play that physical game against him. He's not the biggest guy, but he's feisty.
You get a guy like Mo up against him, and that's probably a mismatch for them. Give Mo credit and give Celebrini credit.
He's a fiery player, and the whole team drives through him, so [you've] got to watch out for him every time he's on the ice."

Celebrini may be a flashier player than Seider, but here, the Wings can be happy to be able to count on their young defenseman to play against top offensive power like Celebrini or other members of the NHL elite.
